Shipping & Processing Policy
⚠️ Delivery Notice: All shipping timeframes are estimates and are subject to external factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak-season backlogs.
Processing Times
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Shipping times above apply to domestic US orders. Delivery to other countries may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Important Notes
- Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Customs & Duties (International Orders): International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
- Carrier Delays: Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external circumstances.
Issues with Your Delivery?
If your order is missing, late, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date:

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photo evidence of any damage so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
- Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
- Wrong Item Received: Contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Returns: To initiate a return, please use our return portal: Request Return
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer ordering errors (wrong size, change of mind, etc.). Please review your order carefully before confirming.
- Do not return items to our address without prior approval - unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided fulfillment has not yet started. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Please email us immediately at support@embracethechaos.us if you need to cancel.
